Game Data Not Safe!

I have been playing the game daily since the week of the apps launch and with this last update I received a message stating that my game data had a discrepancy and that my account had been suspended. I have not modified my phone or the game in any way, nor have I done any hacks; I was simply playing the game fairly. I emailed support about this and they replied that there is no protocol for recovering my game. All of my progress in almost 8 months worth of daily playing is gone. If you want to play this game, be warned. Your account be be suspended at any time, without warning or reason.
